In any activity, feedback is the critical element that prevents you from repeating the same mistakes over and again. Without feedback, you risk being in the dark about where you are going wrong and how to right it. That is why in Toastmasters, we have an entire session dedicated just to this cause. In this session, we highlight all the right things our role players and speakers do but more importantly tell you how you could have fared better in other aspects. I am the General Evaluator today and to help me I have a TAG team. Let me introduce them to you now.
