If no one told you that your voice on stage was inaudible or your words paced too fast, you wouldn’t know it right? And if you didn’t know, it’s likely that you would repeat them the next time. Needless to say, you would be stuck in an endless loop of ignorant mistakes. To prevent this, every Toastmasters session has an evaluation round. Here, we appreciate all the good you do but more importantly inform you about what you need to do better. I am the General Evaluator and to help me in this task I have a TAG team.
