During office appraisals, I never have fun. But my boss always does. Do you know why? Well that’s because he is roasting me. Here in Toastmasters, we do appraisals after every meeting but sans the roasting. That’s because the motto of Toastmasters is to provide a supportive and positive learning experience to all. We appreciate all the good that you do but more importantly give pointed feedback so that you know where to improve. To help me in doing so, I have a TAG team. Let me introduce them to you now.
