Nobody likes pea toppings on a pizza. Thankfully, when you order yours, you have the option to savor a fine pizza by eliminating the peas. Your speeches can be a delicacy like the pizza but filler words are the toppings no one likes. To make things worse, people have no way to eliminate it themselves. But you can do it for them, by training with us here in Toastmasters. As the dedicated Ah counter for today, I will help you in discovering filler words such as ah, umm, like, you know etc. that can ruin your delicacy. And I will present this report towards the end of the meeting so that you may work to eliminate them for your audience.
