There are a lot of amazing things you can fill into your speeches. You can fill humor into them, knowledge, anecdotes and of course an important message. Filler words are clearly not a great fit here. They are unnecessary, unwanted and unwelcome. So let’s work to eliminate them from your speeches. As the Ah Counter today, I will keep a track of all filler words such as like, ah, umm, you know, but, etc. that find their way into your speeches. I will present this report towards the end of the meeting so that you may work on eliminating them.
