Role of General Evaluator

You could learn public speaking through a self help book also. Lots of people learn lots of things that way. The problem with self help books though is that they are written in an incredibly universal fashion to target everybody in the world. Therefore, finding tips and suggestions tailored exclusively for you is not an option. In Toastmasters, we give you exactly that. Every session in Toastmasters has a General Evaluator whose role is to appreciate all the good you did but more importantly give you recommendations and feedbacks that are specifically relevant to you. Today, I am entrusted with this task and to help me, I have a team of supplementary role players. Let me introduce them to you.

Thank you so much TM Neha for this submission.
