Toastmasters is an educational program. And one thing common to all educational programs is a periodic assessment of the participants to determine their progress. So it is in Toastmasters as well. In every meeting, we assess each role player and speakers at the end so as to appreciate them for progress made but at the same time also help them learn how they can do better. As the General Evaluator today, I will lead this aspect of our educational program and I have a team to help me. Let me introduce this team to you.
