I am from the healthcare industry. A common phrase we hear from our customers is “we are getting a second opinion”, basically another doctor’s views on the same patient. Your speech may not be as vital as your health, yet in Toastmasters we give you second, third and even fourth opinion. That is why speeches are first mentored, than evaluated by dedicated evaluators, again comprehensively report by the general evaluator and finally micro evaluated by our role players. As the GE today, I will present the comprehensive report on your speeches and all aspects of today’s meeting – things that were good and those that can be improved.
