Humorous take on the role of GE

TM Harry from London has a hilarious perspective on the role of General Evaluator. We are not sure if he actually used this script in his club meeting but if you did Harry, please let us know how your club members received it. Meanwhile, you can read his submission below.

RELATED: How to do the role of General Evaluator?

Fun fact – we are all judging people around us whether they ask for it or not. We judge people’s words, their actions, attire and a hundred other elements. Evaluation in Toastmasters is the same with people actually asking for it. In fact, if you think about it, the only difference is that outside Toastmasters, we judge and keep it to ourselves. Here, we tell it out loud.

Jokes aside, my role today is to give a comprehensive report on all aspect of the meeting so that we may learn what was good but more importantly what could have been better and how.

Helping me in my task is my TAG team. Let me introduce this team now.

Thank you so much TM Harry for this submission.

We here at mymeetingroles.com are making a collection of scripts / introductions for all roles in Toastmasters. If you have such ideas or scripts that you have used in your club, let us know here or email us at hello@mymeetingroles.com.
