If people could fix their flaws without any external help, there would be no place in this world for businesses like gym, salons or even therapy centers. Sadly, too often we need external aids to identify our shortcomings and help us overcome them. We recognize this in Toastmasters. That is why every session in Toastmasters has a General Evaluator who helps you identify the good as well as the bad in your performance and tips to improve upon them. As the GE today, I will be that helping hand for you. Helping me in my duty is a team of TAG role players. Let me introduce this team now.
