Do you think about past events and analyse how you could have responded better? We do and TM Andrew from Los Angeles definitely does. Read his submission for the role of General Evaluator based on this theory.
RELATED: How to do the role of General Evaluator?

We often think about our actions in retrospect don’t we? Be it a sport tournament we played, or the arguments we made in a heated discussion or even our table topic attempt in Toastmasters – we go back and analyze what we did and how we could have done it better. Evaluations in Toastmasters is a third person doing this retrospective analysis for us but with better visuals.
As the General Evaluator, I will analyse all role players and speaker’s performance today and suggests ways to do the same in a better fashion.
Helping me in my task is a TAG team. Let me introduce this team to you now.
Thank you TM Andrew for this submission.
We here at mymeetingroles.com are making a collection of scripts / introductions for all roles in Toastmasters. If you have such ideas or scripts that you have used in your club, let us know here or email us at hello@mymeetingroles.com.
