It is said that Criticism, like rain, should be gentle enough to nourish a man’s growth without destroying his roots. In Toastmasters, we recognize the merits of this philosophy. That is why we follow a CRC approach in evaluating all speakers and role players where all recommendations are sandwiched between commendations.
As the General Evaluator today, my role is to help in growth of speakers and role players by suggesting grounds for improvement. Helping me in my task is a TAG team. Let me introduce this team now.
