In Toastmasters, we give immense importance to learning and self-improvement. Therefore, evaluations are absolutely vital in Toastmasters. This is also evident by the fact that in every meeting, even the SAA and the President are evaluated for their performance on that day.
As the General Evaluator today, it is my job to give a comprehensive evaluation on all aspects of the meeting – what was good but more importantly what can be improved.
