Good evaluations can be instrumental in helping you reach from where you are to where you want to be. Here is a script by TM Smita from Delhi demonstrating this. Have a look.

Everyone here has a favorite public speaker, someone you admire. We are probably nowhere close to where they stand but they serve as a benchmark to us, a place where we would like to reach. Evaluations help you cover that distance between where you are currently and where you would like to reach. This session helps you in identifying the gaps in between so that you can work upon them to become an ideal speaker.
As the General Evaluator, I will give a comprehensive report on all the aspects of the meeting – things that were good and those that can be improved. Helping me in my task are speech evaluators and my TAG team. Let me introduce this team to you now.
