A General Evaluator script focusing on “Mutual Learning”

TM Manish from Delhi has been a regular contributor to our pool of scripts and ideas for different roles in Toastmasters. Here is another delightful submission by TM Manish for the role of a General Evaluator. Have a look.

Do you know which is the most rewarding role in Toastmasters? It’s the evaluation role. As an evaluator, you add value to fellow Toastmaster’s journey by letting them know their areas of improvement and in the process undergo a learning experience yourself. That is because evaluation is a two way process where both the evaluator as well as the person evaluated learns. And as the General Evaluator for the meeting today, this is my goal. I will give a comprehensive evaluation on all aspects of the meeting today, things that were good and those that can be better, so that you and I can learn and grow together.

Helping me in my job today is my TAG team. Let me introduce the members of this team now.
