Have you ever received a survey call from your car company after your car was serviced or a feedback form from amazon after a product was delivered? Every one of us has. Companies know your feedback can help them determine things that are broken so that they can fix them. No wonder they go extra mile to get your feedbacks.
Well lucky for us, this mechanism is built right into our Toastmasters model through the evaluation session. In this session, I as a General Evaluator will give a comprehensive feedback on the entire meeting today – what went good and what can be improved. Helping me in this task is my TAG team. Let me introduce this team to you.
