Hello everyone.
The tag line of Toastmasters says “Where leaders are made.” One of the hallmarks of a good leader is that he/she brings out the best in people around him/her. That is exactly the role carved out for a General Evaluator in a Toastmaster’s meeting. As the General Evaluator today, my role is to identify and applause the good in today’s meeting but at the same time give feedback on things that can be made better, so that all of us can become the best version of ourselves.
Helping me in my job today is the TAG team. (At this point introduce the TAG team)
