TM Neha from Kolkata sent us this script for the role of General Evaluator. The script uses logic and examples to demonstrate why evaluation is important. Have a look.

Every world leader has a Cabinet of advisors. Every company has a Board of Directors. Even the Pope has a Council of Cardinals. The point is that for growth and development, it is important to have a team of people giving their feedback to you.
Toastmasters recognizes this which is why in every meeting, we have a group of people giving you feedback on different aspects. Think of us like your Board of Evaluators. As a General Evaluator, my role is to give a comprehensive feedback on the entire meeting – things that were good and things that can be improved. Assisting me in this is a team of Speech Evaluators who would evaluate the Prepared Speeches and a TAG team. Let me now introduce the members of this team.
Thank you TM Neha for this wonderful submission. If you have a script for any role in Toastmasters, let us know here.
