TM Emma from New York has come up with a brilliant script to introduce your role as an Ah Counter – one with a quote that would generate a chuckle every time. Have a look.

“Great public speakers have no room for error in their speeches; err – the filler word and or – the crutch word”
These are the words of a (build suspense by giving a pause) novice Toastmaster – myself. When Google failed me with words of a famous figure for the role, I came up with one myself. So, as the quote dictates, I will help you become a great public speaker by keeping a track of your filler words such as ah, um, err and crutch words such as you know, like, or, because etc. so that you can avoid the same. I will come back with my report towards the end of the meeting.
This is one of the most creative way you can introduce your role as the Ah Counter. Thank you TM Emma for this submission.
