Here is a small simple introduction for a General Evaluator’s role to keep things short. Just for the times when your meeting may be running a little late due to to unwanted occurences.
One of the greatest innovators of the 21st century, Elon Musk is a great believer of the feedback mechanism. He has a very apt definition for this tool. Elon Musk says “I think it’s very important to have a feedback loop, where you are constantly thinking about what you have done and how you could be doing it better” Now Elon Musk may not be a Toastmasters but that’s the perfect definition for a General Evaluator as well. At the risk of being sued for plagiarism, I would say a General Evaluator is the feedback loop that constantly tells you what you have done and how you can do it better.
