Here is another short yet powerful introduction for a General Evaluator’s role in Toastmasters. See if you like it.

Good evening everyone. I am the General evaluator for the day. To give you an idea, a General Evaluator is like a doctor, a critic and a consultant all rolled into one. I will keep a track on the pulse of the entire meeting like a doctor; note all the good and bad aspects like a critic and suggest ways to improve the overall experience like a consultant. Assisting me in this herculean task is a team of four supplementary evaluators called the TAG team.
At this point you can introduce your TAG team to the club members.
Wasn’t that a short yet strong introduction. Do you think there are more professions other than Doctor, Critic and Consultant who can describe a GE roles better? Let us know in the comments section below.
